A Team Fox event to benefit The Michael J. Fox Foundation
It was 2006, My mom had been liven with the debilitating symptoms of Parkinson's disease for years. Inspired by the creation of Team Fox, The Michael J. Fox Foundation's grass-roots initiative, I joined their efforts by launching Tips for Parkinson's.
Tips for Parkinson's is a unique social event that combines great food, silent auctions and bartending competition. The event raises awareness and funds, all of which are donated to support The Michael J. Fox Foundation's mission to put an end to Parkinson's disease.
Because of the support of sponsors, bartenders, family and friends we have raised over $1.5 million for Parkinson's Research.
